An unusual and very beautiful 3 strand Kingman Turquoise nugget necklace, handmade by a Native American of the Cochiti Pueblo. The nuggets are spaced by baby olive shell and the necklace ties in back, as was the original way for Native American necklaces, with a sturdy waxed and braided string. The string is traditionally tied in a bow. This is the only piece I have been able to get from this particular artist and it is stunning, the shades of rich green in the turquoise is outstanding. The necklace measures 16 inches with 8 inches of string to adjust to the desirable length. This is a one of a kind beauty! The Kingman Turquoise mine is located in Mohave County, Arizona.
