This is an antique box my grandmother kept some of her sewing trims in. I believe it is an old candy box containing several old smocking patterns, packages of tiny ric rac in several colors, seam binding in a variety of colors, blanket binding, white woven edge ribbon (from Sears)and some small pieces of various other trims. In addition, there are two organdy embroidered appliques from Switzerland. The box is somewhat soiled on the outside, but, otherwise in good condition, considering its age. ...click for details
